I wanted to take this opportunity to thank you for your services in the past year.
In September 2007, we put a contingency contract on a new Toll Brother's home. We were given 90 days to sell our town home in order for the contract on the new house to go through.
You had shown us some previously owned homes back in the Spring of 07, so we knew we felt very comfortable calling you to get the job done of selling our town house in 90 days in such a tough market. You and your assistant worked quickly, and efficiently to get the house pamphlet in order and got the house on the market in record time. We had showings within a week. By the sixth week, we had our first contract on our home.
You were extremely patient with our buyer and his agent who was a new realtor which was apparent in his actions. You confidently helped us work through all issues we had with the contract and made us feel confident to go forward. We closed on the house November, 28, 2006.
